I don’t know if anyone has heard of this new Lebanese wine named OURJOUWAN
Snowball s.a.l. and Terroirs Conseils partners, wine lovers, and experts made their quest to search into Lebanese wineries to find, mix and bottle what meets the criteria for a pleasant, balanced and typically Lebanese wine. Ourjouwan has been their companion for the past three years, selectively available in the market at few places around Beirut, or ordered directly from them.
OURJOUWAN is a blend of noble grape varieties grown in the Bekaa valley (Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Cinsault). A truthful Lebanese label, one that embodies the most gracious expressions of the earth, an unpretentious balanced wealthy wine.
Named OURJOUWAN meaning purple red in Arabic, the color discovered by the Phoenicians reminding us how wine is precious and inseparable from our history. As for the label it attracts you to discover what is inside this bottle from Lebanon’s virtues.
